Product Return Information
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return the product for refund. Due to the large number of designs in our database, we do not manufacture your kit until you order it. Because of this "made to order" fulfillment process, all products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (please see chart below)
Refunds issued in the following manner:

Unopened – 20% restocking fee

Opened, but non-installed – 20% restocking fee

Opened, partially installed – Non-Refundable

A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF DAMAGED PARTS

Shipping is Non-Refundable.
Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturers original packaging, and received by us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns 10 days from receipt of product. No Exceptions. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. No COD refunds accepted. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization! Contact us to receive a return authorization number
When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Direct claims to the carrier. We package ALL products at the utmost care.
Product Use
It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations prior to ordering product.
Shipping Terms
All products are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday.
All products shipments are with signature confirmation, delivery confirmation, home delivery, & tracking.
All orders are manufactured at time of ordering. Precut kits are custom made and require a minimum of 24-72 hours processing time. Please allow at least 3-10 days for delivery of product. Product may be delivered on a Saturday. Customer is responsible to make prior arrangements with the carrier if not available to receive and sign for the product.
